    The menu includes Sendai's specialty grilled beef tongue, yakitori made from Hinai Jidori, one of Japan's three most delicious chickens, Fukushima's Fukushima-style pan-fried dumplings, Morioka hiyashi noodles, Aizu sauce katsudon, Miyagi harako rice, matchmaking sacred grounds' triangular fried tofu from Jokiyama, and a wide selection of local sake, including the ultimate drink to enjoy with your meal, Atago no Matsu.
